Assign Unowned CHM Group Owner

CHM Groups are created in HubSpot the morning after they are created in Gift Manager via HubSpot's integration with Gift Manager.

When a new CHM Group is created in HubSpot, it will become visible in CHM Groups view titled "Unowned Groups". These groups will not have an owner by default, as that information is not passed to HubSpot from Gift Manager. With that said, newly created groups will need to be manually assigned to their appropriate owner. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the "Unowned Groups" view, then select the appropriate group(s) using the checkboxes on the left side of the window

2. Click "Edit", then select "Owner" from the dropdown. In the next window, search for the appropriate owner, select their name, then click "Update". This will assign the CHM Group to the appropriate owner, allowing them to appear correctly in other processes.
